4. Membership 

Account Creation 

Users must create a single account with accurate and complete information. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. 

Termination of Membership 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time if you breach these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary. You may terminate your membership by providing written notice to us via email. 

5. Property Listings and Subscriptions 

Listing Packages 

Globaproperty.com operates on a freemium model. Listing limits and features depend on your subscription tier: 

• Free Trial : 2 property listing with up to 5 photos per listing.
• Basic Listing : 20 property listing with up to 10 photos per listing.
• Standard Package : Up to 50 property listings with 20 photos per listing.
• Professional Package : Up to 100 property listings with 20 photos per listing. 

Accuracy of Listings 

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate property details and documentation, such as Certificates of Occupancy (C of O) or Land Surveys. False or misleading listings may result in suspension or termination of your account. 

6. User Conduct 

Users agree not to: 

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory information.
• Engage in activities that compromise the security or functionality of the Site.
• Use the Site for unlawful purposes. 

7. Indemnity 

You agree to indemnify and hold Globaproperty.com harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

Globaproperty.com shall not be liable for: 

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in property listings.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account. 

9. Changes to Terms of Service 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 

10. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
